THE INSANITY

This plan bull-dozes the entire existing Topanga Beach area, reduces parking, and direct surf access while adding a massive concrete infrastructure.

The areas with the XXX’s will be removed and dumped into the ocean into the area indicated by the square in the bay. 5,000+ dump trucks full of dirt and debris straight into the ocean.

With no security or police patrol planned and zero visibility from either CA 27 or HWY 1, The proposed park will become a homeless encampment and create an untenable public safety hazard.
